Have you heard the phrase there is strength in numbers? I'm sure most of us have. But do you know that you already have a strength inside of you that is stronger than you know?
I took you from the ends of the earth,from its farthest corners I called you.I said, ‘You are my servant’;I have chosen you and have not rejected you.So do not fear, for I am with you;do not be dismayed, for I am your God.I will strengthen you and help you;I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
This scripture is telling you that God is with you in your struggles and in spite of everything he is going to give you strength to overcome your obstacles.
As humans we try, or at least I sometimes try to rely on my own strength and when I grow tired and can't take anymore, I know where my help comes from. My help comes from the Lord.
My grandparents, and my parents taught me to call on the name of the Lord and he will protect me and give me strength in all things.
